By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, you grant Aloha Vibes Carwash and its supplier, DenCar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture your image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively "Images"). DenCar Technology Inc will own such Images, and you grant DenCar Technology permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner related to its business, including publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, and other electronic displays and transmissions.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Images prior to their use. You release and hold Aloha Vibes Carwash harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to their use, including claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
