The monthly wash pass provides a package of washes, and vacuum credits where available, on a monthly basis in each month that the pass is renewed.
The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at our facilities.
The monthly wash pass automatically renews until you cancel the service through the app.
By enrolling in the monthly wash pass program, you agree that the credit or debit card you provide can be charged automatically via auto-renewal. You also agree to waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges, whether as described in your agreement with the card issuer or otherwise.
Washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass barcode will automatically add that vehicle to your monthly wash pass family plan. By using your barcode on an additional vehicle, you agree to the associated increase in your monthly charges.
The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
Your enrollment with your email address and cell phone number is your explicit consent to receive email and text messages from us about your wash pass account, car wash operations and updates, and marketing activity.
You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard cancel and unsubscribe practices. If you cancel or unsubscribe, you will lose access to automated alerts about your account.
By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, you grant Aloha Vibes Carwash and its supplier, DenCar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture your image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively "Images"). DenCar Technology Inc will own such Images, and you grant DenCar Technology permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner related to its business, including publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, and other electronic displays and transmissions.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Images prior to their use. You release and hold Aloha Vibes Carwash harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to their use, including claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service, and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
